Dr. Debbie Ellis has written a self-help kind of book about an “easy way to love the difficult people in your life”. First off she explains what a porcupine is and how the human equivalent shows itself. Then, per page, you get a special technique how to respond to or deal with a specific behavior by your porcupine.
It’s a very entertaining book you may learn from or get the appraisal for your work you were so desperate for.
