Vernon Gregory Little is a fifteen year old boy who lives in a small town called Martirio with his mom. Around a week ago his best friend Jesus shot many children and himself at their school. And although Jesus did it, Vernon is hold accountable for this tragedy. He is being questioned about his whereabouts and because Vernon hasn’t got an alibi, he is the number one suspect. Things get even worse when a tv reporter gets in the mix of events and Vernon doesn’t know what to do anymore. This is the beginning of a weird and tough, but, in the end, educational journey for the confused boy.
